From this room, located on the second floor (no elevator), you look out over the merchant harbor and the Michiel de Ruyter harbor. The pilot boats set sail and the pleasure yachts set out for a sailing trip when the weather is nice.
Behind the harbors you can see the Western Scheldt, nowhere in the Netherlands will you find this unique spectacle of seagoing ships and pleasure craft, so close to you.
